What are your shipping policies?

I ship my uk orders with My Hermes, if you would prefer a different shipping provider please drop me a message and I can provide you with a personalised quote.

All of my international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked service.


I take the utmost care to ensure that your items are beautifully and safely packaged, so that your item arrives looking it's absolute best.

Please ensure that you have given me the correct address when you pay for your item, as if the item is returned to me, you will have to cover the cost of repeat shipping

When I visited your stall at Altrincham Market, I saw a product that isn't listed on your website- Can I not buy this online?

Not all of my products make it onto the website, either because they are limited edition or trial pieces, or because I simply haven't gotten around to listing them yet! The best thing to do is to contact me with a description of the item you are looking for and I will be able to tell you whether I still have the item in stock and provide you with a shipping quote.

Do you do commissions?

Yes I do. I accept commissions in both paint and glass and am happy to work with you to create a unique piece that suits your vision and your budget. If you're interested in finding out more about the commissioning process, just click onto the 'contact me' page to get in touch.

Please note- commissions may not be available during busy periods (especially during the winter holidays)

Can you repair my antique stained glass?

Unfortunately that isn’t a service that I offer.
